  • Does SpecMojo offer training?

    We have created a walk-through to help you get started, and a User Guide to make it easier to dive into using SpecMojo. Our friendly support team is happy to answer any questions in the meantime as we continue to create materials based on frequent queries.

  • How do I upgrade my subscription or change my subscription details?

    It is possible to upgrade a subscription by logging in as the subscription owner, navigating to the subscription settings, and then navigating to the customer portal. Here you can manage your subscription, and change subscription details as needed.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can log in, navigate to the customer portal, and click ‘cancel’. Your card will no longer be charged after the current active period. If you have any questions, reach out to

  • Is my data safe?

    Yes, we continually take steps to safeguard your data. SpecMojo uses extensive security measures and stores data in the cloud, using standard tools and techniques designed to protect data and privacy.

  • What happens to my data if I stop using SpecMojo?

    Your data is yours, full stop. If you decide to stop using SpecMojo, reach out to us and we can help with exporting your data out of the tool.

    Please keep in mind that if you stop using SpecMojo, all data will be deleted after 60 days for security and privacy reasons. We strongly encourage you to contact us to export any data you wish to keep before the end of the 60-day period.
